Although it appears dark in the photo, this pendant contains a beautiful translucent tongue of gem silica sugilite from South Africa. I handcrafted it from sterling and fine silver and 18k & 22k yellow gold and accented it with a small pear shaped tanzanite. It is about 1 1/8" long and the bale opening measures about 5 X 8mm.
